TOEFL Study Plan for 30 Days

This one-month TOEFL study plan is intended for self-study students preparing for their TOEFL exam date. I strongly advise you to seek out additional opportunities to practise, particularly conversation with English speakers, but this is not included in the schedule because it is dependent on your availability.
This month-long TOEFL study plan is primarily intended to familiarise you with the TOEFL format and question types, but the ultimate goal is to raise your TOEFL scores to an acceptable level. This means that some of the content is geared toward academic English in general. However, if you are concerned about your overall level of English, one month of TOEFL preparation may not be enough. In that case, consider spending some time beforehand studying grammar, vocabulary, and practising the four skills (reading, listening, speaking, and writing) outside of the context of the TOEFL.
There are six days of TOEFL preparation each week. One day per week will be a rest day, which is not scheduled. Use that day to unwind!
